What is your benefit with GDPR AV Services UG?
Once appointed, you have complied with Art. 27 GDPR and can thus no longer be fined for non-compliance with this requirement. As your representative in the EU we serve as the statutory contact person for your customers or other individuals in all European countries as data protection supervisory authorities in relation to all privacy issues.
We will contractually commit to not act independently and we will not provide any legal advice. You thus have everything under your control and we can offer this limited service at a reasonable price. Should you need legal advice, for example, in the case of a request of a supervisory authority, we can get you in contact with international data protection experts in large well-known law firms so that you will get the best service for your needs.”
